The Challenge

Family First Dentistry opened their second location in Calgary NW in 2022, but the new location was struggling to build its patient base. Their website existed as a single page listing both locations, with no location-specific SEO, no online booking, and no reviews on Google.

Dr. Lawson had tried running Google Ads for 6 months at $2,000/month with minimal results. The issue was not the ads — the issue was that the landing page gave potential patients no reason to choose them over the 14 other dental practices within 5 kilometers.

Our Approach

We built a completely new multi-location website with dedicated, SEO-optimized pages for each location. Each location page had custom content targeting neighborhood-specific keywords, embedded Google Maps, location-specific reviews, and unique calls to action.

We also set up a review generation system that automatically requested Google reviews from new patients via SMS. Combined with Google Business Profile optimization for both locations and a content strategy targeting "family dentist Calgary NW" and related keywords, the results came quickly.
