The Challenge

Bright Smile Dental had been operating in downtown Toronto for 11 years, but their website was built in 2014. It was slow, not mobile-friendly, and invisible to Google. New patients were coming almost exclusively through word of mouth — which had flatlined.

The practice was losing potential patients to two newer competitors who had modern websites, active Google Business Profiles, and online booking. Dr. Chen estimated she was losing 15–20 new patient inquiries per month to these competitors.

Our Approach

We started with a full website audit and competitor analysis. Within the first week, we identified 14 technical SEO issues, a mobile experience that was unusable on iPhone, and a homepage that had zero clear calls to action. The booking form buried three clicks deep was seeing a 94% abandonment rate.

We rebuilt the site from scratch in 38 days — new design, new architecture, integrated Dentrix booking, and a local SEO strategy targeting 22 high-intent keywords across Toronto neighborhoods. We also set up a review generation system and optimized the Google Business Profile.
